Who we are

This site is run by Personaleyez Design Ltd, trading as Peach State (Company No. 08673579), 184 York Road, Hartlepool, TS26 9EA. For anything to do with your data, contact us on or [email protected].

What we collect

Only what's needed to deal with your enquiry or order:

• Name, phone number, and email address if you give one
• What you've asked for — the enquiry message, or the items and personalisation details on an order
• If you order through a club or team shop, which club you're ordering through

We don't ask for anything beyond this, and we don't buy in data from anyone else.

Payment details

If you pay online, you're taken to Square's own secure checkout page. We never see, handle or store your card details — that's between you and Square. See Square's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, produce and deliver your order, and let you check its progress. We don't use your details for marketing, and we don't sell or share them with anyone outside of running your order (our production system and, where you've paid online, Square).

Where it's stored

Enquiries and orders are stored in our database (Supabase), hosted in the EU/UK. If something goes wrong on the site, a technical error report may be logged — this contains what happened, not your personal details.

How long we keep it

For as long as reasonably needed to fulfil your order and deal with any follow-up (guarantees, reorders, queries) — normally no more than a few years. You can ask us to delete your details at any time; see below.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch using the details above and we'll sort it.
